Easter feast I

This year we celebrate Easter twice. Today, the Catholic Easter, and next Sunday the Orthodox Easter. Neither my husband nor I are religious  but we always celebrate Christmas and Easter  as a way of having family reunions, good food and fun. It is interesting this process of laicization of religious events
This is what I prepared for our Easter feast.  These are French recipes from one of my favourite  culinary website Chef Simon.

Asparagus and eggs “en cocotte”

Roasted Lamb shoulder

Wine: Vacqueyras

For desert we had ice cream a slice of Pannettone  - a good replacement for traditional Romanian
 cake– cozonac – and fruits.
