Easy, Light Lunch on June 9

I put some new potatoes in hot duck fat (cholesterol free!),




Sprinkled them with the best salt in the world,




and sautéed them for about 40 minutes.

I took a piece of salmon, a fennel and some cherry tomatoes..


 ..salt, pepper, olive oil. Put them in the oven for 40 minutes at 375F.


Et voila.


We drank Blanquette de Limoux, the ancestor of Champagne, had ice cream for desert.
